Returns + Exchanges

If you're not happy with you're purchase return the product to us at Kapital Kilts, 114 High Street,

Linlithgow, West Lothian, EH497PL, following the instructions below, we'll exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. Please see below for product exclusions.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt of your goods.

Exceptions may apply to orders containing additional items to the item(s) returned. International delivery charges are non refundable unless the item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Additional postage charges such as guaranteed next day are non refundable.

When returning an item we strongly suggest you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office when you send an item back. For more expensive items we also advise that a fully insured service is used e.g. Recorded Delivery for items up to £40 and Special Delivery for items above £45.

Unfortunately delivery and return costs will not be refunded unless the item you have received at time of purchase is defective.

If you return your item to one of our high street shop and you'd like a refund but don't have your receipt, order confirmation or delivery note, we'll give you gift vouchers to the value of the current selling price. Ordinarily if you have your receipt or delivery note we'll refund the original debit, credit or charge card used to purchase.

It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused & all returned to us.

Only In the event of an item being unsuitable for its purpose, or being of a lesser quality than that which is advertised, Kapital Kilts will be liable for any postage charges incurred. Otherwise, you are liable for all postage charges.
